Pall Mall Investment Management Limited manages its own sponsored open ended funds, segregated portfolios and acts as advisor to third party funds. The PALLMALL Funds ICVC (PALLMALL High Yield Europe Plus Fund) has a five star ranking and a AA-Rating from Standard & Poors. Other high yield long-only products follow a similar strategy to that of the Company's flagship fund, PALLMALL High Yield Europe Plus Fund.
The fund is managed to deliver a high total return with capital preservation. The fund is benchmarked to outperform the Merrill Lynch European Constrained Index however, our High Yield team is not index driven. The investment process combines both top-down and bottom-up analysis. Top-down analysis encompasses structural and cyclical market trends and absolute and relative valuation. This is used to mitigate market and sector risk and aims to identify trade opportunities and highlight extreme market conditions. The team's security selection process is two-fold. Initially, the team carries out a proprietary credit score on each issuer in the universe. This includes a comprehensive review of the company financials, industry, equity support and management.
